Haroodles is based in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. My goal is to make my products as accessible as possible for people around the world, but material and shipping costs must be accounted for when sending out orders.

Please read below for detailed information about shipping and what this shop can offer you.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-10 days. Orders are not shipped on holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.

Pre-order & made-to-order items will have a longer processing time. If you order a pre-order/made-to-order item you will receive an email with an estimated processing time and shipment date.

Please understand that as a one-man team, the fulfillment of pre-order/made-to-order items may take some time, as I always want to ensure that you receive the highest of quality goods!

How much is shipping?

LETTER MAIL (FLAT MAIL ONLY - stickers, sticker sheets, and small prints)

USA - $1.30

International - $2.00

PARCEL (ALL other non-flat items and large prints)

Shipping rates for parcels will depend on the weight of the parcel. Please add all your desired items in the cart and have shipping automatically calculated during checkout. If you have any further questions, please visit the contact page.

FREE USA SHIPPING

All orders placed within the USA that amount to $65 or more are eligible for free shipping! Once your order reaches $65 in value, free shipping will be automatically applied to your order during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DISCOUNTS

Unfortunately international shipping is quite expensive. Though I can’t offer free shipping, all international orders that amount to $60 or more are eligible for a 10% discount off of the whole order! Once your order reaches $60 in value, you will be able to use the discount code “INTERNATIONAL10” during checkout.

Please DO NOT use this code if you are placing an order within the USA even if your order amounts to $60 or more. You will be asked to redo your order if you disregard these terms. (I will cancel your initial order and you will be refunded. You will NOT be refunded for the processing fee that has been taken from your initial payment.)

**NOTICE** The automated shipping cost is based on an average calculation, pricing may differ between zone groups, which are dependent on your country/location. If you are concerned about budget and want to talk about shipping costs to get your exact rate, please do not hesitate to contact me and we can discuss your options!

Tracking your order

All parcel orders come with a tracking number. Once I am finished processing your order, you will receive a fulfillment email notifying that your order has been shipped and you will be provided with tracking number for your package.

If it has been more than 10 days and you have not received a fulfillment email, or an email from me with news of any delays in the shipment of your order, please visit the contact page and notify me.

Letter mail orders do not come with tracking. If you would like tracking for your order, please select the “parcel” shipping option during checkout.

*IMPORTANT - If you are placing an order from outside the USA, please note that it can take a while for you to receive your package after it has been shipped. Due to customs and events outside of my control, packages could possibly take weeks or even months to arrive. If your package is taking a while and you are concerned that it is lost, please keep this information in mind. Continue reading for more information on lost or damaged orders.

Refund policy

If you have concerns or issues with your order, please head over to the contact page and leave me a message with your order confirmation info. You can also find me on instagram and send me a direct message. I will try to get back to you as soon as possible!

I am able to refund letter mail (flat item only) orders if you have not received it within 30 days of receiving your fulfillment email.

Unfortunately, for parcel orders I am unable to refund or replace your order if it gets lost as I am still a very small shop.

I cannot refund an order that you have received unless the product you have received is defective and/or broken, in which case I will offer a refund for your order.
