COMMISSION RULES

• All characters must be humanoid. No furries, no animals, no mechs/robots, etc.

  • Characters may have animal features, such as cat ears/tail/paw pads, or something like a mermaid tail or wings, but I will not accept fully non-humanoid commissions

• By commissioning Haroodles, you will agree that all stylistic choices are under the artists’ discretion.

  • e.g. Haroodles clay figures typically do not include a mouth, this is the “style” of Haroodles clay figures that cannot be changed.

  • e.g.2. Haroodles chibi & semi-chibi illustrations use a “rough-pencil” texture in the line-work, this is the style of Haroodles illustrations that cannot be changed.

• ANTI-AI POLICIES | NO AI TOLERANCE!!

  • Within the Haroodles commissions contract, the commissioner will swear to never feed any Haroodles artwork into programs that can train AI, or provide any Haroodles artwork to any third-party that utilizes AI.

  • Haroodles reserves the right to blacklist or seek financial compensation from the commissioner if this policy is breached.

HOW IT WORKS

• Once you send in your inquiry form, you will be placed on a waitlist. I will reach out to you via email to begin your design consultation.

• During the design consultation, we will discuss the following:

  • Design details such as: pose, expression, clothing, accessories, etc.

  • Pricing based on the design details and any extra requests + shipping fees

  • Copyright + usage rights

  • Additional requests such as a sticker/print for illustration commissions

• After the conclusion of the design consultation, where both commissioner and artist agree on the design and pricing, as well as payment type, the commissioner will receive a contract via google forms that they must fill and submit before the artist begins work on the commission.

• Commissioners will pay 50% of the final price upfront, and pay the remaining 50% after the completion of the commission. (plus the shipping fee and/or revision fees if applicable)

  • The first invoice will be included in the contract, the second invoice will be emailed upon the commission’s completion

• Additional fees may apply if the commissioner requests post-contract revisions or additions to the design.

• Payments/invoices will be issued through paypal, but you may use other payment methods, such as cards or venmo

PRICING

These are the starting prices for commission work, but all pricing is subject to change based on the details listed above.
