Daruma are traditional japanese dolls used to represent perseverance and good fortune, helping to aid in setting and achieving goals! Color in the Daruma’s right eye when you set the goal, and when you accomplish that goal, color in the left eye!
What is a “worry stone”?
A worry stone is a small pendant with a small indentation meant for rubbing with your finger. It’s a small tool that you can rub and fidget with to release anxiety or to just keep your hands busy if you struggle with anxious behavior like skin-picking, nail-biting, etc.
